Mr. Goitsione Daniel Tidikwe completed his LLB at the North West University in 2014. He served as a State Prosecutor from 2014 to 2018, before registering as a Candidate Attorney and being admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2021.
Between 2018 and 2020 he worked as a Legal Advisor and Candidate Attorney at Leeuw M. Attorneys. He brings vast experience in Criminal and Civil Litigation, founding Tidikwe Attorneys Incorporated in July 2021 to bring rigorous, accessible representation to the communities of the North West Province.

Assists with civil and criminal litigation from the Klerksdorp office under the director's supervision — drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, attending consultations and appearing in court. Involved in matter preparation from instruction through to trial.
Handles the day-to-day flow of matters at the Taung branch — meeting with clients, drafting and filing pleadings, attending appearances at the local courts, and assisting senior attorneys with case strategy and research.
Welcomes clients to the Klerksdorp office and manages the front desk — answering calls and email enquiries, handling diaries and consultation bookings, and supporting attorneys with general clerical work.
First point of contact at the Taung branch — handling walk-in clients, telephone enquiries and bookings, filing correspondence, and supporting the smooth running of front-office operations.
